Stephen Krupa is the Chief Executive Officer of HealthEdge. He also currently serves as the CEO and Managing Partner of Psilos, a healthcare-focused venture capital firm and the majority investor in HealthEdge. During his 18 years at Psilos, Steve has invested in several transformative healthcare technology companies including Active Health Management, Extend Health and Healthmine, where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board. Prior to Psilos, Steve was a vice president of Wasserstein Perella & Co. where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions advisory work in the healthcare industry. From 1987-1992, he worked as a mechanical engineer for Johnson Controls, Inc. Steve holds an M.B.A. with Distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated a Palmer Scholar; and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida where he was elected to Tau Beta Pi.
Steve Sharp is Chief Operating Officer at HealthEdge, and an experienced software company executive and General Manager. His mission at the company is to deliver innovative, market-leading products and to maximize the business value that HealthEdge drives for its customers. Prior to joining HealthEdge, Steve was CEO of several high-growth, enterprise software and services companies, and held senior leadership positions at Charles River Development, Siebel Systems and Sybase. Steve holds a B.A. from the University of Kent, and an M.S. from the University of Sussex, both in England.
Matt Hughes is a senior business executive with more than 20 years of corporate and financial leadership experience. Previously, Matt was the Chief Financial Officer of Click4Care, where he played an integral role in the operation of the company, culminating with the merger of Click4Care into HealthEdge. Prior to Click4Care, Matt was the Chief Financial Officer of DeCrane Aerospace, a privately-owned provider of integrated interior component parts to the private aircraft market. Matt has also held senior financial leadership roles at companies including Frontstep, a world-wide manufacturing software provider, The GolfWorks and MPW Industrial Services. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant and he earned a B.A. in accounting and business administration from Thiel College.
Ray Desrochers is a senior technology and business executive responsible for the company’s marketing programs, strategic partnerships and thought leadership initiatives. Prior to HealthEdge, he served as Vice President of Development at Amicore, where he led the design and creation of a new suite of hosted electronic medical record and physician practice management solutions. Before Amicore, Ray was a Worldwide Vice President at Keyware, where he was responsible for creating a new product strategy and vision, and for successfully delivering their next-generation authentication platform and applications to the market. Ray’s past experience also includes executive roles at Anchorsilk, where he was responsible for launching a new organization and a hosted e-commerce product suite, and at Webhire, where he was part of the management team that led the company through a successful IPO. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Ray has been a frequent speaker at technology events and conferences around the world.
Chris Conte is an accomplished healthcare sales leader and is responsible for ensuring the successful growth of the company. Chris has over 20 years of Industry and Sales Management experience in progressive and varying leadership roles. Prior to HealthEdge, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Matrix Medical Network, where he was responsible for driving significant new business and company expansion leading to their acquisition by Providence Service Corporation. Before Matrix Medical Network, Chris was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Outcomes Health Information Solutions, where he built a “best in class” sales team that delivered a number of new customers and partners that helped to grow the business. Chris’ past experience also includes leading sales teams at organizations including The Trizetto Group, Misys Healthcare Systems and Oracle Corporation. Chris holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Radford University and began his career in Federal Law Enforcement.
Matt Kuntz is Chief Technology Officer of HealthEdge, and possesses an in-depth knowledge of its software products. Before joining HealthEdge, Matt was Product Architect and Principal Technical Lead at deNovis. In this role, Matt was responsible for key aspects of the deNovis architecture, including web services, claims performance, event notification, financial transactions, and data versioning. He led development of the finance, enrollment, provider, care management, and claims subsystems. Prior to joining deNovis, Matt was Architect at WorldStreet Corporation where he designed and built a scalable, secure architecture for collaboration within the financial services industry. Matt holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Cornell University and graduated Summa Cum Laude in Physics from Amherst College.
Jeremy King has been in the technology field for over 15 years. He has a background in enterprise software architecture, software development and related methodologies, as well as extensive leadership experience. Jeremy previously held Lead Software Architect and management positions at Sterling Commerce (an AT&T subsidiary), where he provided technical leadership and vision to the engineering team, including Sterling Commerce’s flagship data integration product. Prior to Sterling, Jeremy held technology positions at a variety of companies, including Bank One Investment Management Group. Jeremy attended The Ohio State University where he studied Computer Information Science, Engineering Physics and Mathematics.
Taylor Lehmann is an experienced technology and security executive responsible for leading the organization’s cloud operations, risk management and security functions. Prior to joining HealthEdge, Lehmann served as the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Enterprise Technology Risk for State Street Corporation, where he built the organization’s first technology risk management function and led the enterprise cybersecurity risk management program. Lehmann also served in a number of senior-level information technology and security roles for organizations including Independent Health, (ISC)2, PwC, LLP and others. Lehmann holds a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo as well as an M.B.A. in Strategy from Boston College.
As HealthEdge’s Chief Nursing Officer, Kim Ingram is responsible for providing clinical expertise and care coordination leadership to the organization. She has spent more than 28 years building execution-focused pathways for success through technology-driven innovation in the healthcare delivery system. Kim is distinguished for her forward thinking and her ability to achieve transformational change working with key executives and stakeholders in complex organizations. Prior to joining HealthEdge, Kim served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Solutions at Click4Care, where she was responsible for product strategy and for leading several key customer implementations. Prior to Click4Care, Kim also held leadership roles at organizations including Cambia Health Solutions. Kim is a graduate of Lewis Clark State College, and a Registered Nurse.
