Rob Gillette / Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding HealthEdge, Mr. Gillette was Executive Vice President, Products and Technology at deNovis, a healthcare software company. At deNovis, Mr. Gillette was responsible for Product Management, Software Engineering, QA and Professional Services. Before joining deNovis, Mr. Gillette held several leadership positions in the software industry, including Vice President, Software Engineering at CrossMatch Technologies, a provider of forensic quality biometric hardware and software solutions, and Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer at Evolve Software, a project and resource management software maker. Mr. Gillette was the original Senior Vice President of Engineering and product architect at Callidus Software (NASDAQ: CALD), a leading provider of Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) software systems. He has also held senior management positions at Sybase, GlobalSight, Comsat/Contel and Shoppers Express, the world’s first Internet grocery shopping service. With 25 years experience architecting and delivering software products and solutions in a variety of markets, Mr. Gillette’s experience spans both large and small companies and includes product development in the areas of healthcare, enterprise and financial applications, business intelligence, telecom and content management. A graduate of Vassar College, he is the primary author of Physical Database Design for Sybase SQL Server, Prentice-Hall, 1995.

Ray Desrochers / Executive Vice President, Products and Marketing

Ray Desrochers is a senior technology and business executive responsible for the company’s products, marketing, and business development. Prior to HealthEdge, he served as Vice President of Development at Amicore, where he led the design and creation of a new suite of hosted electronic medical record and physician practice management solutions. Before Amicore, Ray was a Worldwide Vice President at Keyware, where he was responsible for creating a new product strategy and vision and for successfully delivering their next-generation authentication platform and applications. Ray’s past experience also includes executive roles at Anchorsilk, where he was responsible for building a new organization and a hosted e-commerce product suite, and at Webhire, where he was part of the management team that led the company through a successful IPO. Ray has been a frequent speaker at technology events and conferences around the world.

Brad Desmarais / Chief Financial Officer

Brad joined the company in April 2006. Prior to HealthEdge, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Kurzweil Educational Systems where he helped scale the business profitably and execute business strategy, leading to the successful sale of the business to Cambium Learning. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Finance at Sound Vision, a venture-backed, digital imaging software and semiconductor company. Brad has also been corporate controller at Dragon Systems, Inc., a multinational voice-recognition software company, where he helped turn around and ultimately sell the company to a larger European competitor. Prior to that, at Renaissance Worldwide, he held various management roles in accounting, reporting and ERP implementation as the company went public and grew from $75 million in revenue to $750 million. Brad started his career with five years of audit and tax work at Deloitte & Touche in Boston. Brad earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Holy Cross College.

Matthew Kuntz, Ph.D. / Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Kuntz is Chief Technology Officer of HealthEdge, and possesses an in-depth knowledge of its software products. Before joining HealthEdge, Dr. Kuntz was Product Architect and Principal Technical Lead at deNovis. In this role, Dr. Kuntz was responsible for key aspects of the deNovis architecture, including web services, claims performance, event notification, financial transactions, and data versioning. He led development of the finance, enrollment, provider, care management, and claims subsystems. Prior to joining deNovis, Dr. Kuntz was Architect at WorldStreet Corporation where he designed and built a scalable, secure architecture for collaboration within the financial services industry. Dr. Kuntz holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Cornell University and graduated Summa Cum Laude in Physics from Amherst College.

Terry Beck / Senior Vice President, Sales

Terry Beck is a senior business and healthcare executive responsible for leading the company's sales organization. He brings to HealthEdge significant healthcare industry experience and a solid track record that includes over 20 years of proven success building and growing world class sales organizations.

Prior to joining HealthEdge, Terry was Vice President of Sales at MEDecision, a company that provides care management software for healthcare payors. Terry was responsible for driving significant sales and revenue growth and for securing a number of the company's largest accounts. Terry's past experience also includes leadership roles at Convio, Selectica, Momentum Systems, and Xerox Canada.

Terry authored High Performance Selling, a book based on his training and selling experiences at Xerox.

Jeff Daly / Vice President, Services

Jeff joined HealthEdge in January 2008. He is responsible for the company’s implementation, training and customer support organizations. He brings to HealthEdge over twenty years of experience building world–class services teams and successfully implementing enterprise–class systems at a wide variety of healthcare organizations.

Prior to joining HealthEdge, Jeff served as Vice President and founding management team member at NaviMedix, a Boston-based, venture-backed provider of online Internet solutions connecting physician offices and hospitals with their healthcare trading partners. Before NaviMedix, he served as General Manager for Lancaster Partnership, a boutique venture capital firm. Jeff’s past experience also includes leadership roles at Tufts Health Plan, Healthsource and Keane.

Jeff earned a BS in Computer Science from Assumption College.
