Burlington, MA, June 3, 2009—HealthEdge, provider of the only modern, enterprise-class software platform for healthcare payors, today announced that Rob Gillette, in addition to continuing as CEO of HealthEdge, has also been named CEO of Ohio-based Click4Care, a leading provider of next-generation care management software. The two organizations offer revolutionary new claim processing, benefit administration, and care management platforms that go far beyond existing solutions from other companies. Both HealthEdge and Click4Care will continue to operate independently, with separate boards of directors and management teams.
