  • Director of Technical Operations: You are an IT and operations guru. You're adept at bringing your industry perspectives and toolkit of best practices to the team responsible for optimizing the reliability, performance and up-time of our award-winning solution suite.

  • Principal Engineer: You are passionate about solving real-world business problems at all phases of software development. You will be the chief problem solver with plenty of unique assignments within the department. You will be a key member involved with design discussions, coding on the backend and working heavily with the database and J2EE.

  • Associate Java DeveloperYou excel at developing components and solutions - some basic, some complex - for HealthEdge's software and customer environments. You'll work with the team to grow your skills and will learn in a collaborative environment with other developers.

  • Application Support Engineer: You're a seasoned customer support pro with experience working through enterprise SaaS solution challenges with your customers. You have the drive to challenge your abilities and to develop deep product expertise. As part of the Support Engineering team, you will utilize a wide range of technologies combined with deep knowledge of HealthEdge’s state-of-the art products to provide exceptional customer support.

  • Technical Customer Service Associate: You thrive on solving complex problems and interacting with customers. You understand the software industry and the challenges our customers are facing. You are calm under pressure and manage the details of multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities, all without breaking a sweat.

  • Applications Engineer: You play a critical role supporting HealthEdge customers with troubleshooting and issues resolution, software releases and upgrades and customized solutions. If you thrive in a customer-facing environment, have Linux experience and are a scripting ninja, this may just be the role for you.
