HealthEdge Taps Industry Veteran to Lead Customer Value Initiatives
Burlington, MA, September 9, 2020 – HealthEdge Software, Inc.® (“HealthEdge”), provider of the industry’s leading integrated financial, administrative and clinical platform for health insurers, HealthRules® Payor, announces the key appointment of Laura Gorry as Senior Vice President, Customer Success to enhance customer value.
In her role, Gorry will further develop the Account Management and Support teams, creating a strong platform for delivering greater value to health plans across the country.
Gorry brings a breadth of experience to her new role, including 20-plus years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina in various operations and sales roles. In addition, she spent a number of years at IBM, where she led the Healthcare and Life Sciences sales teams responsible for setting strategic direction and growth of their payer and provider business. Gorry most recently served as a Senior Vice President and Business Unit Leader for Benefitfocus.
