Agenda and Meeting Candence
Agendas will be sent to the registered user group members prior to each call. A typical agenda is below along with the meeting cadences.
GuidingCare User Group – Care Management: Meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each quarter, 12:00-1:00pm ET
GuidingCare User Group – Utilization Management & Appeals/Grievances: Meets 2nd Wednesday of each quarter, 1:00-2:30pm ET.
GuidingCare User Group – Reporting: Meets on 2nd Wednesday of the second month of each quarter, 2:00-3:00pm ET.
GuidingCare Monthly Release Showcase: Meets on the last Wednesday of every month, 2:00-3:00pm ET.
